to satisfy an insatiable appetite for banh mi during No Carbs August:
Grilled lemongrass chicken banh mi lettuce wraps/cups/tacos with
cucumber, pickled carrot/daikon, cilantro, crushed peanuts and homemade
Sriracha.
This month my husband aka Chef Neves have challenged each other to eat NO CARBS for August. This is tough for a couple who love sandwiches, pasta, tacos, burritos and pretty much every type of carb.
